Clearing Temporary Internet Files
If you’re having trouble moving forward or backward in your return, you might have an issue with your browsing history that requires a simple clean-up.
To clear any temporary internet files, be sure to first log out of your return. Locate your operating system, and do an internet search to find the instructions to clear your internet cache.
After you’ve cleared your temporary internet files, you should be able to navigate within the online product without any issues. You can repeat these steps whenever you need to clear your internet cache.
