What Should I Do If My H&R Block Online Account Is Locked?

If you’re trying to log in to MyBlock and find your H&R Block online account is locked, we can help. For the security of your personal information, your account will lock after three failed attempts to log in. If this occurs, you should wait 20 minutes for your H&R Block account to unlock, then try to log in again.

Not sure of your username or password? You can recover your H&R Block password information by going to www.myblock.com and choosing the Forgot username/password link.

You’ll need:

  • The email address you used for the program
  • The last five digits of your Social Security number
  • The answers to your security questions

What If I Can’t Unblock My H&R Block Account?
